1. How to use the Zonar app?
For User:
Zonar is an application that connects you and the experts around you for your daily lifestyle needs.
Whether it’s related to fixing home issues, home security, beauty or even health. Our freelance services are at your disposal.
Zonar’s SOS Request button can be used for an urgent service enquiry for your home issues. Explore more on our Expert Listings to find your preferred Experts today!

Zonar is a GPS application based marketplace that connects you with your nearby customers to help support and enhance your business. Zonar allows you to explore endless possibilities to assist you in making extra money with the skills and knowledge you can offer to the community while at the same time providing you with the data and services you need to offer the highest level of service.
Keep the Zonar app on your phone and use it whenever and wherever. Explore more on our Listing Categories to find where your expertise can fit in!
2. What are the services that Zonar offers?
Zonar provides a wide range of service categories from Handymen, Household, Health & Beauty, Services, to Education, and many Others.
You may browse through our list of Experts and choose the Expert you want based on their expertise, experiences, location, and also from previous customer reviews.

3. How do I add listings to my Zonar profile?
You can go to the Expert Space on the app and add the listing to your profile. Zonar allows you to list and tailor your Expert Profile to ONE listing per sub-category. So, go ahead and get listed so that they can see you!

4. How do I make complaints or compliments about Experts?
Zonar lets you leave your reviews after your issues are fixed! You can go into the Expert’s profile and submit a review of your satisfaction with the services provided.
If you have any complaints about the app, you may submit your complaint here.
5. How do I report scammy or fraudulent Experts?
Zonar aims to provide the best Experts for your issues, so we understand if you have some concerns about the credibility of some profiles. If you witness or experience a suspicious encounter, share it with us so that we can continue providing a safe and secured platform for everyone.
6. How to delete my Zonar account?
For account and user data deletion, please contact support@zonar.co with the following template. Our team will reach out to you if more information is required.

Reason: your reason
7. Why couldn’t I access my account?
If you are locked out of your account, this might be due to:
- Wrong input of email address and / or password.
- The account has requested to delete the Zonar account.
- There was a breach of contract terms and conditions.
If you believe this was a mistake, kindly contact our support team. We are happy to help you at any time.
8. How can I change the request for services?
If you wish to change your requests for the services, kindly contact the service provider and select “Edit / Cancel” request in the chat section. Kindly note that changes requested are subject to approval by the Expert themselves.
9. How can I cancel my appointment / services?
If you wish to cancel your appointment for any booked services, kindly contact the service provider and select “Edit / Cancel” request in the chat section. Kindly note that changes requested are subject to approval by the Expert themselves.
10. How can we guarantee services/do we guarantee services?
At Zonar, we wish to provide all of our users with a pleasant experience from start to finish – every time. As for now, we are unable to provide a guarantee and insurance for all of the services provided. Even so, we highly suggest users to check the Expert’s profile for reviews, portfolio and past work to improve their accountability. Zonar filters the Expert list from time to time to ensure that only trustworthy and qualified service providers are listed on the platform. We always want to provide the best to our users.
11. How do I find/get an expert in Zonar ?
(Important) Make sure to turn on your “Location” before exploring the services.

Contact and chat with the service provider to schedule your booking.
3. Pay
Negotiate a price with the expert and pay them directly using whichever payment option they suggest.
12. How do I chat with expert?
Choose and browse the list of experts that match with your needs and click on the ‘“Chat with Provider” tab to send messages for the services.
13. Can I request multiple services at the same time?
Yes. Users are allowed to have unlimited services for free anytime. Zonar offers a variety of services including Handymen, Household, Health & Beauty, Education and many more.
14. How to order the same service from the same expert?
If you wish to order the same service, simply contact the same service provider and make a deal with the expert. The expert will serve you right away after you contact them and don’t forget to give some feedback to the expert.
15. How to change language in the Zonar app?
Go to “Profile”. Click on the “Change Language” and select the language that you want. The Zonar app will then restart and be available for use in the chosen language.

17. How does Zonar collect, use and protect user/expert data?
While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, we may collect, with your prior permission:
- Information regarding your location
- Information from your Device’s phone book (contacts list)
- Pictures and other information from your Device’s camera and photo library
- We use this information to provide features of our service, to improve and customize our service.The information may be uploaded to the Company’s servers and/or a service Provider’s server or it be simply stored on Your device.
- Service Providers have access to Your Personal Data only to perform their tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
18. Is Zonar available in Malaysia only?
At the moment, Zonar is only available in Malaysia – focusing more towards the Klang Valley area. Even so, we are gradually expanding as we speak. We wish to cover a larger area within Malaysia in the very near future.

1. How to use the Zonar app?

2. How do I make payment with Zonar?
Zonar does not have any additional charges or hidden fees when you book an Expert. Payments can be made directly to your chosen Experts once services are delivered successfully.
Your mode of payment is negotiable between the User and the Expert.
3. What methods are available for payment in Zonar?
At the current time. Zonar does not provide any channel for Users to make payments to Experts, all payments are to be made directly to the Expert. Methods of payment are decided upon negotiation between the User and Expert.
Zonar does not have additional charges or hidden fees to encourage everyone to connect with one another easily!
4. Does Zonar provide any guarantee or insurance for scams and fraud?
While Zonar does not provide any guarantee or insurance for scams, fraud or any service misconduct, selected providers may choose to provide guarantees etc for their service. If a chosen provider has been selected to provide such a service you will be able to see such a guarantee mark here and can speak to the selected provider about such service. If you encounter any suspicious activity within the app, please report it to us here.
Zonar encourages the community to connect and empower one another. Any types of misconduct reported will be investigated and actions will be taken.
5. How do I change my email and phone number?
To change phone number:
Go to “Profile”, click on the “Change Mobile Number” and set your desired number.
To change email:
Go to “Profile”, click on the “Linked Accounts” and enable linked accounts for Facebook, Google or Twitter.
6. Can I make multiple services at the same time?
Yes, Experts are allowed to have more than one service to offer at a time. Zonar provides a wide range of service categories from Handymen, Household, Health & Beauty, Services Education and many Others.
7. Can I make an offer with a customer?
Yes! Offers are directly made between you and the customer. All the negotiation, payment methods are decided between the customer and the expert. No need to make payments through Zonar.
Payment Method FAQ
1. Do I need to pay to register/subscribe to Zonar?
Zonar is available for everyone within Klang Valley for free. Zonar provides a connection between the local community and Experts within their areas. Zonar is ready for any emergency or urgent cases with an easy-to-use app for first-time users.

2. Does Zonar charge users per service enquiry?
Zonar does not charge any fees when you book an Expert for a service. Users are allowed to have unlimited services for free anytime.
You can also add listings of your business and become an Expert with Zonar! Advertise your business to your community for free with Zonar today!
3. Do Experts have to pay to add listings in Zonar?
Zonar does not charge any fees when adding basic listings to your profile. Experts are allowed to have more than one service to offer at a time.
Experts can also book another Expert to assist with issues outside of your expertise. Connect with your local community today!
4. How and when do I get paid?
Once you have finished providing services for the customer, methods of payment are decided upon negotiation between the user and expert. Zonar does not charge any additional fees when your customers book your service.
5. How do I avoid scams?
Tips on how to avoid scam is to look at previous customer reviews. Zonar however is not accountable for any scams. If you encounter any suspicious activity within the app, please report it to us. We will kindly block them from accessing or signing up with Zonar.
6. How do I make an offer with an expert?
Offer can be made directly with an expert. All the negotiation and payment method is decided between you and the expert. Zonar does not take any commissions for the booking.
